Golfers here can enjoy the town’s challenging nine-hole Merrick Road Golf Course. It is one of the most challenging golf courses and people from all over come to take on the challenge here. Alternatively; the golfers can take on the classic link style golf championship at the Lido Beach Golf Course.

The town is home to the most popular beach on the east coast of the US Jones Beach State Park and it is one of the most popular destinations for the people in Long Island and residents of New York. It receives more than six million visitors every year.

Every year, the town hosts an array of entertainment activities. One of the most popular is the Neighborhood Summer Concert Series and this year they are also hosting an Ecycling event on top of this to make things even more interesting.
